At ThirtyTwo, we stand behind our high-performance gear and want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your next session. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, including all tags and technical inserts, to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
